Challenges Dyaco Met

Before the introduction of Raise3D, Dyaco faced a series of challenges. Early attempts at other brands of 3D printers often malfunctioned and had uneven print quality, which not only affected work efficiency but also increased costs. In particular, outsourcing sample production took 3 to 4 days and was unable to flexibly respond to design changes, which hindered project progress. These problems made Dyaco realize that it was urgent to find a stable and efficient 3D printing solution.

Diamond Kao is the R&D Assistant of Dyaco. As a senior technical leader, Mr. Kao knows the importance of independent R&D capabilities for the sustainable development of enterprises. In order to accelerate the product development process and improve customer satisfaction, Dyaco chose the Raise3D Pro3 3D printer to meet its needs for large sample printing.

Changes after Introducing Raise3D

Since the introduction of the Raise3D Pro3 printer, Dyaco ’s R&D work has undergone tremendous changes. The printer runs an average of 40 hours per week and has successfully printed hundreds of parts to date. By using PLA and ABS materials, Dyaco is able to quickly produce high-quality samples, greatly shortening the time from design to verification. For example, a task that originally took a week to complete can now be completed in just one day, with tolerances within 0.2mm, and components with tolerances within 0.1mm can also be assembled immediately, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the product.

“Since we got the Raise3D Pro3, we no longer have to worry about equipment instability, and the printing process has become exceptionally smooth. It not only improves our work efficiency, but also allows us to stay ahead in the fierce market competition.”

High-speed Printing, Stable and Reliable

Raise3D Pro3 adopts a closed cabin design, which effectively reduces the impact of environmental factors on the printing process. At the same time, its hardware configuration and preset parameters also ensure stable printing quality, reducing the need to frequently adjust parameters due to material changes.

Raise3D Pro3’s printing speed has been increased to 150 mm/s-200 mm/s, and the time to complete the same task has been reduced from one week to one day. Even during high-speed printing, the printing quality of the same batch and different batches of models remains consistent and stable.

Mr. Kao spoke highly of the performance of the Raise3D Pro3 printer.

“The printing effect of the Raise3D Pro3 is excellent and very stable, with almost no problems. Its large build volume, high-precision printing speed and low failure rate fully meet our needs for fast delivery and processing of large parts.”
