Job Description

Job Summary:

Raise 3D seeks a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead the website and e-commerce platform for search engine optimization (SEO), develop new marketing content, and manage marketing assets. This team player will work closely with customers and sales to understand their needs and collaborate with the global marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and new product launches that support the overall business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Conduct website and e-commerce platform and SEO optimizations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Refine and update digital marketing content such as case studies, photos, videos, key product presentations, messaging, selling points, and other website content.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing and PMM teams to collect, organize, and update the digital content and product assets.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as social media, email marketing, paid ads, and tradeshow to ensure effective execution of campaigns and drive leads and sales.
  • Develop digital content (graphics, video, and case studies).
  • Perform lead generation tracking.

 

Qualifications:

  • Eight plus years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with solid experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven knowledge and strong experience in optimizing websites. SEO and monitoring websites and e-commerce performance matrices.
  • Proven knowledge and strong experience in managing marketing content and product assets.
  • Strong experience in digital content development (graphics, video, and storytelling).
  • General knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, and Bing PPC campaigns content and trictrac.
  • General knowledge of email marketing content and tracking experience.
  • 3D printing knowledge is a plus.
  • Working experience with sales teams and customers, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Summary:

A highly motivated customer success engineer who plays an important role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. With a strong application background, exceptional communication, and training skills, this marketing team member will be responsible for delivering product training sessions, collecting application examples and customer insights, and providing technical support. This role will directly enhance our customers‘ experiences and drive the growth of our products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product training sessions to educate prospects and customers on our products and services. The training includes pre-sales training, post-sales product demonstrations, application showcases, public webinars, and YouTube videos.
  • Collect existing and new application examples from customers, competitive products, and social media.
  • Lead representative sample part design for existing and new product releases.
  • Apply 3D printing expertise and product knowledge to develop specific applications with customers.
  • Collaborate with the Tech support team to ensure a timely resolution of customer issues. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues and inquiries.
  • Collect customers‘ voices through phone calls and surveys, provide quantitative data to improve their experience and drive growth, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve our products and services based on customer feedback.
  • Competitive product offering tracking, analysis, and training.
  • Support tradeshow and website sample part printing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronics, manufacturing, chemical, material engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company that utilizes 3D printing and/or manufacturing tooling and/or material technologies.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with 3D printing, injection molding, CNC, other tools, and material science.
  • Experience collecting customer insights and conducting user surveys with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent public speaking, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
