Cleaning
The Standard Black Resin needs to be cleaned to obtain the desired surface effect. There is no need to remove the support structure from the print before cleaning, the print should be cleaned before post-curing until the surface is free of any solvent residue. For special structures or detailed parts, such as small holes, it is recommended to clean them manually, and then use compressed air or nitrogen to dry the residual solvent on the surface, or place the printed parts at room temperature for a short time to dry until there is no solvent residue on the surface before post-curing.
* Refer to the table to the right for recommend cleaning parameters for Raise3D DF Wash.
Wash Time | Wash Drying Time | |
Recommended washing parameters | 5 min | 10 min |
Post-curing
After cleaning, general purpose black resin parts need to be post-cured to achieve optimal performance. Refer to Raise3D DF Cure Post-Cure Parameters in the table to the right.
