Step1
Preheating and Quick Setup: Import files with ideaMaker and start positioning model and packing parts to optimize density, reduce print time and operating costs, and minimize material waste.
Step2
High-Speed Printing: Preheating begins during slicing, reaching the printing temperature within 20 minutes. The powerful 75W laser and core technology enables a printing speed up to 2.2 L/h (20% packing density).
Step3
External Cooling and Fast Switching: The Build Unit 220 cools down to <100°C in just 30 minutes, allowing external cooling without occupying printer resources. This allows for quick switching to a second build unit to start the next print immediately.
Step4
Post-Processing and Labor Efficiency: The Raise3D C220-P integrates semi-automated processes for powder separation, recovery and preparation. Each print cycle requires only 20-45 minutes of labor, with one operator capable of processing over 50 kg of parts per shift.
