Raise3D Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our fast-growing company in newly opened Houston office.

**Qualified applicants must be able to lift an average of 50-75 lbs and successfully complete a post offer drug and background check**

 

POSITION DUTIES

  • Shipping/Receiving:
  • Unload trailers by pallet jack or PIT if certified.
  • Separate freight and build pallets
  • Move within the department as needed
  • Follow methods and procedures of the receiving department
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Complete training and operate equipment in department as needed
  • Assist in training new employees within the department
  • Support all Raise3D philosophies in promoting a positive work environment
  • Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and to uphold the distribution center requirements of quality and customer satisfaction
  • All other duties as directed by Raise3D Management
  • Work accurately and effectively in a motivated environment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to repeatedly lift an average of 50-75 lbs.
  • Required to train and be PIT certified on equipment for use in department
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
  • Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as needed
  • Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
  • Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate variations in temperature
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Climbing, kneeling and squatting as needed

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up on prospects who have asked for more information on Raise 3D Technologies industrial-grade 3D printers with the primary purpose of qualifying and generating new sales. All candidates must have experience in sales, maintain excellent verbal/ interpersonal skills and be a motivated professional. This is a full-time position located in Houston, TX.

Full benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401K, paid sick and vacation days for full-time employees.

Responsibilities for Sales Representative

  • Receive lead gen inquiries and make outbound contact
  • The ability to qualify leads, and set appointments
  • Provide the prospect with accurate information regarding products
  • Pre-qualifies and identifies prospective clients
  • Ensures that sales opportunities are identified and properly pursued.
  • Maintains relationships with prospects in the current pipeline.
  • Maintains and updates contact information and sales records on the CRM (SalesForce)
  • Strong computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Ensures timely contact and follow-ups with prospects
  • Performs other functions as necessary

Raise3D Technologies is looking for an 3D Printing Support Technician who possesses strong customer services skills, sound technical skills, integrity and passion to our growing network of customers, resellers and distributors. We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about 3D printing to join our team in our Technical Support department. This is an hourly position of 8 hour shifts during weekdays (Monday-Friday). Position and pay are not stationary. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide our customers with outstanding technical support in relates to the life-cycle of our industrial grade 3D printers, take ownership to provide an exceptional overall customer experience resulting in first contact resolution, optimized average response time, maximized customer satisfaction, as well as increase service revenue
  • Provide support in terms of product problem solving, product development activities, and protocol development
  • Interface with customers at company trade shows and other events as needed.
  • Provide on and off-site training to educators, business professionals and consumers with the printer operation and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for a variety of print materials
  • Diagnose and perform repair work on customer returned printers
  • Work directly with shipping department in expediting customer support orders and repairs.
  • Be part of a team of support professionals, support each other in knowledge sharing and transferring, fulfill documentation and reporting requirements
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability and desire to expand responsibilities

THE ROLE

Raise3D Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our fast-growing company where our award-winning 3D printers are known for their rigorous quality standards and built specifically for the needs of our customers. The HR Manager is responsible for providing human resource support to our Houston, Texas facility. This includes administration of a variety of human resources activities and programs, including those related to recruiting, compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, compliance, employee relations, and workplace safety. We are looking for someone passionate about creating a positive employee experience who is interested in continuing their HR career on a fast track to success.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment process, onboarding, compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, employee relations, termination, workers’ compensation, and immigration visas.
  • Oversee payroll and time reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Answer employee questions about human resources policies and procedures.
  • Participates in developing policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment and talent management.
  • Ensure all employee files are up to date with accurate information
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Monitor, identify and report all incidents of potential employment violations. Conduct internal investigations as may be necessary and ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Additional duties will vary depending on the company and business needs including projects within.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, while increasing productivity at the same time; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.

  • Understanding of confidentiality and HR best practices; ability to manage sensitive information
  • Knowledge ADP preferred but not required.

 

Experience Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative/human resource/operational experience
  • Familiarity with applications of state, federal, local employment, and wage laws
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • A proven high level of trust, discretion, credibility, professionalism, and confidentiality
