Hyper Speed PET CF

A cost-effective and engineering end-use composite filament for Hyper FFF®

Raise3D Hyper Speed PET CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced (15 wt.%) polyethylene terephthalate (PET) filament specifically engineered for Hyper FFF™ (L2, 300 mm/s) and high-performance applications. This material demonstrates superior mechanical properties (elastic modulus E > 4.5 Gpa) and enhanced thermal resistance (heat deflection temperature HDT > 110°C). Thanks to its optimized carbon fiber length distribution and PET crystallinity, it maintains low moisture absorption and ensures excellent printability. Parts printed with Hyper Speed PET CF exhibit long-term dimensional accuracy and stability, with a smooth matte surface finish. This makes it an ideal choice for engineering-grade composite components in demanding environments requiring resistance to humidity, high temperatures, and heavy-duty use.

  • High rigidity and strength
  • Excellent heat resistance (HDT > 110 °C)
  • Low moisture absorption
  • Dimensional stability and chemical resistance
  • Hyper FFF® up to L2

Printing Notifications:

  • Dry Hyper Speed PET CF at 80°C for 12-24 hours before printing, as low moisture content is crucial for final printed part quality.
  • After drying, we recommend storing Hyper Speed PET CF filaments inside Raise3D Filament Dry Box during the printing process.
  • Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing Hyper Speed PET CF, at minimum a Steel nozzle should be used or preferably, a SiC nozzle or a Ruby nozzle.
