Raise3D Hyper Speed PETG CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced filament (containing 8 wt.% recycled carbon fibers) based on polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PETG), optimized for use with Hyper FFF® technology (compatible up to L2 at 300 mm/s). This material maintains PETG’s outstanding general printing performance while offering enhanced matte carbon-fiber texture, as well as improved mechanical, thermal, and dimensional stability attributes thanks to the integration of recycled carbon fibers. It is an ideal material for prototyping and end-use functional applications that demand superior surface finish, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Printing Notifications:

  • Dry Hyper Speed PETG CF at 80°C for 12-24 hours before printing, as low moisture content is crucial for final printed part quality.
  • After drying, we recommend storing Hyper Speed PETG CF filaments inside Raise3D Filament Dry Box during the printing process.
  • Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing Hyper Speed PETG CF, at minimum a Steel nozzle should be used or preferably, a SiC nozzle or a Ruby nozzle.
